Exciting Announcement

We are humbled and grateful to share that Las Guitarras Restaurant de Novato has been selected by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Marin as this year’s recipient of their Outstanding Business Diversity Award.

The award will be presented at the Chamber’s Annual Christmas “La Posada” Celebration on December 11, 2025, at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael.

For many years, our family has believed in giving back to the community that has supported and embraced us. From local schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations to families in need here at home, it has always been our joy to help wherever we can. We’ve also been grateful for the opportunity to support relief efforts for earthquake victims in Mexico, wildfire survivors in Santa Rosa, and the communities impacted by the fires in Lahaina, Hawaii.

Elena Pantoja, was honored in 2006 to receive the Spirit of Marin Award, and to be recognized again nearly two decades later is truly meaningful for all of us—especially as she celebrates 91 years of life, love, and leadership as our beloved family matriarch.
